We pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art technology services.
We offer digital radiography using the latest sensors. We are able to reduce radiation exposure as much as 67%. All of our operatories are equipped with this feature. We utilize laser guided caries detection. This type one laser can ‘see’ into pits of your teeth and determine if there is a cavity in a groove that does not show up on a radiograph. We provide restorations which can be fabricated with CAD CAM technology. This allows a laboratory technician to fabricate parts or the whole restoration utilizing laser scanners and computer guided milling. We employ this technology in fabricating all porcelain crowns and in implant restorations. Intraoral cameras are utilized to demonstrate any pathology or dental disease. We also use this to aid in communication with dental insurance companies.
We are one of a very few dental offices that treat the water we use in your care. More than a decade ago the TV show 20/20 had a report on the safety of the water in dental lines. The report was fair and accurate. The next day I contacted our dental supply company and enlisted their help in installing a state of the art water treatment system. We have used and maintained this system ever since. It employs a reverse osmosis system with two points of filtration followed by a holding tank where the water is exposed to ultraviolet radiation. This treatment renders the water nearly sterile. Furthermore the clean water leaving the system does not form a biofilm in our supply lines like most other dental offices.
